Super Bowl Betting Odds

Super Bowl XLV takes place at the Cowboys Stadium in Texas on the 6th February 2011 and three teams are leading the way in the betting. The bookies are having a hard time separating the Green Bay Packers, New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles as they all top the pack at odds of around 15/2. If you wanted to lay free bets on the Superbowl, you could paint your face red, white and blue and use a £25 free bet on offer at Ladbrokes to back the Patriots.

Or if you wanted to soar high above the competition, a free tenner on offer to new members of Paddypower.com would earn you a nice return from the Eagles.

And with £200 in free bets in stages on offer at Bet365, you’d be mad not to have a little flutter on the Packers at those odds. The Baltimore Ravens are 17/2 to have their star quarter back launching a huge pass for the winning touchdown and the Atlanta Falcons are around 8/1.

The Pittsburgh Steelers, New Orleans Saints and New York Jets are in a pack just outside the hotly fancied teams at 9/1 with the San Diego Chargers, Indianapolis Colts and New York Giants out at 14/1.

How the once mighty have fallen as both the Oakland Raiders and the San Francisco 49ers are out at 125/1 and the Washington Redskins at 100/1 in the betting. The Buffalo Bills are the 2000/1 outsiders to win the Superbowl and there are a clutch of no-hopers just above them in the running.

The Dallas Cowboys are 400/1 to win on their own patch, the Minnesota Vikings are 250/1, with the Cleveland Browns and Denver Broncos at 500/1 and the Arizona Cardinals at 750/1.

The smart money is on the Green Bay Packers, the New England Patriots or the Philadelphia Eagles and with so many free bets on offer, you can be a winner yourself at Superbowl XLV.
